Blackboard the Pirate was a chalkboard-shaped Enemy of Pirate's Cove.
Animation
From Mikey's perspective, we could see him walk toward us with a sword in his mouth that has a ruler instead of a sword blade. He then took the sword out of his mouth and ordered Mikey, "WALK THE PLANK, YOU SCALLYWAG!", before jabbing the screen with it.
